My son and daughter-in-law used Michaels Plumbing for several of their rental properties and were always pleased with their work. When my disposal went our yesterday they told me to call them. Normally my son would take care of these things for me but since they were going to be out of town I decided to take a chance. The plumber they sent out was so nice and polite and very honest. He pushed the reset button on the bottom of the disposer and within a minute it was back on and working. He could have told me that my disposal was bad and taken me for a couple hundred dollars - but he didn't. When I asked him why, he just stated that he has a grandma and he was only treating me like he would want his grandma treated. What a sweet boy! Good job Michaels for hiring such a great technician and great job to this boys parents! They don't make em like this so often nowadays.

I have used this company several times in the past. The technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. The girls in the office are friendly and really helpful. I would definitely recommend Michaels Plumbing Service!
