How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Protecting people who were being bullied or at a disadvantage in conflict came natural to me in my youth. As the child of a divorced, single mother in the 1960s understanding the unique needs of families in conflict also comes natural. I excelled in law school at litigation and trial strategy. While practicing I found my niche by combining my natural interests and attributes. I take great pleasure in bridging the gap between justice and families by helping them implement intelligent, strategic approaches to resolving their family conflict.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I don't seize on one approach to resolve family legal conflict. I assess a family's legal needs and develop a case strategy most likely to lead to success. I position myself to better identify that approach by being knowledgeable about the particular approach judges take to their family law cases. By practicing only family law and after practicing for 23 years, I've gotten very good at it. I use associates and paralegals to implement strategies at a lower billable rate to stretch my clients dollar.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have four offices in the Metro Atlanta area and provide legal counsel and advocacy all over Georgia and all around the world. In addition to providing quality domestic family law services, I practice private international law, providing counsel and advocacy in international family law disputes in other jurisdictions throughout the country and the world regarding parental child abduction and wrongful retention.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Private Checks, Wire Transfers and Cash payments.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30 pm and evenings and weekends by appointment.

Returning for additional legal services or referring a friend.
