Buying, selling, leasing of homes. We help the public by educating them first, in order to help them make good decisions about the process. We help with advise on foreclosures, short sales and more! I help real estate agents get into the business and teach them to build a real estate busienss on purpose.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have over 20 years of sales and marketing background and I use it to help in the industry. I became interested in the real estate field, because I truly wanted to help people. A home is usually the largest investment a person can attain, therefore I wanted to bring a professional business approach, while adding a personal touch to the process.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
For real estate agents, finding the right real estate company that partners with an agent is vital when going into the real estate business! In fact, it’s the matter of failure or success. A business plan, coaching, training, internet presence, intranet tools and company’s branding/presence is essential in developing a stable foundation to grow your business. I am proud to be part of an organization that has a strong philosophy of education and empowerment of their agents. I coach my agents to take their real estate career as far as they wish to go! Our office is about 1/2 mile on the right in the Publix Shopping Center, behind the QT station, next door to La Parilla and Bogey's. OR From I-285, travel north on I-75 to I-575 North. Exit at Towne Lake Parkway (exit 8) and turn left (west) off the exit ramp. Travel approximately 1/2 mile to Buckhead Crossing and turn right. The office is about one block ahead on the left, Publix Shopping Center.
