How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1997.
What is your primary product or service?
Since we are a Team of Professional Realtors, we bring a wide variety of Real Estate experience to the consumer. We have experience in Commercial, Land, Farms,Foreclosures, HUD Homes, Residential, and New Construction. If we cannot find you something to buy, we can help you find something to rent.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I bought a home in Woodstock and let my Realtor educate me on th buying do's and don'ts. I was in my home 30 days and had 7 roof leaks, 2 pipes burst, found termites, and more. When I went back to my Realtor he asked him what to do, since he had told me Not to get a home inspection or a Home Warranty, he told me to pay for all the repairs. I became a Realtor so that others would not go through what I went through. I have been a Realtor since 1997. Prior to Real Estate I was a Teacher and an Office Manager for a group of Neurosurgeons. I have a BA in Business Administration and Marketing and a BS in Early Childhood Education.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have always stayed active in the local and state Realto Boards. I am a member of the International Real Estate Council. I am on the Professional Standards and Eduation Committee for the Georgia Association of Realtors. I hav been a State Director for the Georgia Assocaition of Realtors. I am continually staying educating myself on changes in Real Estate and bringing this news and knowledge to my clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Prudential Georgia Realty has 24 offices and The Christa Michael Team works out of the ones in N. Fulton, Cherokee, Cobb, and Bartow counties.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our main office is located at 2340 Towne Lake Pkwy, S-150, Woodstock, Ga. 30189. Take I-75N to I-575N. Turn left off of excit 8(Towne Lake Pkwy). Bear right at split and our office is at the first stop light on the right.
What type of payments do you accept?
All of our transactions are done through numerous lenders that we use. Each case is different. When you contact us we will give you a list of lenders that you can comparison shop.
Which areas do you service?
Norht Fulton, Cherokee, Cobb, Bartow, Pickens counties. We also service Downtown Atlanta and Buckhead when you are looking for Commercial space.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Christa Michael runs the daily operations for the Christa Michael Team. Dan Foresman is the owner of Prudential Georgia Realty. The Managing Broker for our office is Terry Moore.
What are your hours of operation?
As a Realtor we are open 7 days a week, including holidays. We have been known to negotiate deals all the way until midnight.
